Installation:
To install, download zip file
Extract zip file
Put mods in mod folder (in your sims 4 folder)
Put tray packages in tray folder(in your sims 4 folder)
Load game and lot should now be in your sims library in the lots section! ( Make sure you check the show custom content box, for the lot to show up)
